We use https://lists.inlens.xyz/lists/853861905168236545 to follow each other but everytime I go back to the page, some people I followed are not unfollowed for no reason. I can live demo the behaviour if you need.

ı have lens profile(seyhan.lens), when ı m trying to connect system says you dont have lens profile.
